What people are saying

This is arguably the best Indian restaurant in Pinellas and Hillsborough. The food seemed more fresh compared to other Indian restaurants around. The chai was nice and spicy. Everything was made with exquisite attention and care. The decor and atmosphere is very pleasant and soothing with good lighting and beautiful furnishings. Me and my buddy stayed almost 3hrs because we were so comfortable and relaxed. The service was exceptional. Our waitress was very generous and knowledgeable. The price is a little higher than most other Indian restaurants in the area, but it's worth it. There is also an extensive list of Indian inspired craft cocktails. I don't drink much but the cocktail descriptions made me want to.

Aroma offers an unforgettable dining experience with its creative take on traditional Indian cuisine. From the moment you walk in, the clean and modern interior immediately stands out. The minimalist décor, with warm tones and elegant lighting, creates a welcoming atmosphere perfect for a casual lunch or a more relaxed dinner with friends and family. The staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and our server, Manoj, offered great suggestions based on his personal taste. Additionally, Ismael (spelling?), who helped us on a previous occasion, presented me with a sweater I had left behind by mistake 2 weeks earlier! That's the kind of attention to service that underscores their commitment to the customer! The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every dish. My husband and I enjoyed one of their newer dishes this time - Chicken Chettinad - smoky, tender chicken from the tandoor combined with a wonderfully aromatic and rich gravy--both tender and bursting with smoky flavors. We also enjoyed the Dal Makhani, a creamy and rich vegetarian lentil wonder that was recommended by Manoj. And my husband always gets the goat curry which never disappoints--a rich tapestry of flavor, every time without fail! The presentation of each dish was equally impressive, making the meal feel both homey and refined. The generous portions meant we had enough to enjoy leftovers the next day—a definite plus with a hurricane coming to town! If you're looking for a contemporary take on Indian food, with fresh ingredients and generous portions, Aroma is a must-visit. It's a beautiful balance between classic flavors and modern culinary innovation.

Nice place to visit. They have a lunch buffet for a very reasonable price. The servers are kind and easy to talk with. The food is tasty and they have wonderful vegan options as well.

Have their cocktails! Such a twist on traditional cocktails with Indian spices and florals. The paneer butter masala was delicious, rich and spicy with fluffy basmati rice. We also suggest the chicken korma, it was incredible. And the naan was thinner and a bit crispier than we're accustomed to but perfect. A fantastic experience with excellent service.

The food here is excellent and the service is so quick and the overall vibe is so homely.. it's good.

We have driven by this restaurant often and have always said we should stop in one day but had not done so until yesterday. Our only regret is that we did not try it sooner. It was wonderful. We live most of the year in a very large city in Canada where the choices of Indian restaurants are endless, but I can honestly say that Aroma is the best I have tried so far. Since it was our first visit, Karina was great at helping us navigate the menu. We will return and recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

Me and my family had a good time on Sunday the 15th at 7:30 pm. We moved here from Pennsylvania and the food is much better than what we got back there. I loved the mango lassi. Even my son, who's picky in what he eats, didn't leave leftovers. Customer service was good as everyone was friendly and super nice. We definitely will be coming more often.

My husband and I ate lunch there today. This was our third or fourth time there, and we always get the weekend buffett. The food is very good, and there is quite a nice variety of it, including several good dessert choices. The attendant is very nice and polite, constantly coming back and forth to the table, replenishing drinking water, clearing plates, and replenishing the basket of complimentary Naan bread they provide. All in all, we like and enjoy this restaurant and it's buffett very much. The only thing I would say to them, at this time, is that several of the items on the buffett have meat in them, and there are bones in them. I feel they should either post little signs at the buffett, warning patrons of this, or tell each table as they arrive. If you are not aware, you can easily swallow some of the bones if you are not expecting them to be there, as my husband almost did. Other than that, a most delicious and enjoyable dining experience.

From the moment we walked in we were impressed. The interior is cute with the little roof over the booths. The vegetable pakora was the best I’ve had. The saag paneer and lamb vindaloo were perfectly spiced and so tasty. Our dessert (halwa) was prepared fresh and was the perfect amount of decadent and lightly sweet.

Alexis Buonasera

New favorite restaurant for Indian cuisine! Manchurian app was tasty. The goat curry was superb and they had probably the best naan I've ever had! Unique and delicious cocktails too.

If you're a big fan of hot food and really authentic food this definitely a good place to come. Very good family oriented area as well.

Stopped in here today with my girlfriend. She is VERY picky so when she told me she wanted to come here specifically, I was surprised as she doesn’t even usually like Indian food. I guess she came a year ago with a group for a birthday party and just LOVED it. I CERTAINLY would agree. We got there about 2:00 for the buffet and the food was fresh, hot, and we h so tasty. Also had the pleasure of meeting the owner. GREAT food, delicious NAAN bread. I will definitely be back!

Friendly staff, professional kitchen with a wonderful sense of flavor, texture and presentation. High recommend as a local favorite. Dietary restrictions: Professional kitchen is able to accommodate all dietary requirements while maintaining favors. Parking: On the end location of a low key strip. Corner of 4th and West Bay. Street parking on West Bay and 1st Ave South. Small parking lot off of 1st Ave S. Kid-friendliness: Easily navigated seating and isles with family style serving options.

We had the pleasure of being Aroma Indian Cuisine's first customers of PANI PURI, and it was truly a delightful experience. As avid spice lovers, we were recommended the exquisite paneer Kurchan by Karina, which surpassed all expectations. Our host, Mr. Manoj Nagi, personified kindness, and the customer service we received was nothing short of exceptional. The ambiance, the flavors, and the hospitality combined to create an unforgettable evening. Aroma Indian Cuisine is a gem that we wholeheartedly recommend to all vegetarian food enthusiasts.

Daxa Jivani

Amazing interior for one, it was clean and hygienic with, in my personal opinion, a very stylish look. The service was top notch with the server explaining everything from what tastes to expect and what flavors we will enjoy to the recommended accompaniments. The server also gave us an extra thing of rice to go home with. The food was delicious especially the garlic naan which had a wonderful taste and texture and paired well with the traditional chicken curry. Would recommend for anyone wishing to try Indian cuisine. 10/10!

This is my 2nd review for this place because it's awesome!! Best Indian food buffet in town for sure!! Food is made from scratch, buffet is reason price and lot of options especially Fri, sat and Sunday!! Great place!

Zaitin B

I loooove Aroma! Delicious food and everything's halal! Fresh naan served tableside that is out of this world yummy.. garlic and buttery and warm. On Fridays they have an awesome buffet. Butter chicken, tandoori, fish curry, biryani and other delicious mains. The portions of meat are generous. The flavors are dynamic and delicious, flavorful with a bit of spice but nothing too hot. The kulfi on the dessert side is also super yummy. It's bright inside, and decorated cute. The service is also always great! Have been many times and will return many times. Highly recommend! I saw some past reviewers said they felt pressured into giving a review or that the service felt forced, but that wasn't my experience. I felt like service was just enough. Not too much nor too little. And a tap to review sign was left at our table, without even asking to review. Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious vegetarian and vegan options... I don't remember all the names but a tummy chana dish, baby corn fish, saag paneer Kid-friendliness: I've brought my daughter when she was a baby and now that's she's 3 without incident. It's never been that busy when we go though so we always feel comfortable.

Sabrina Johnson

My daughter and I went to Aroma for their weekend Grand Buffet this past Sunday. It was AMAZING! I had been searching for a good Indian restaurant in the area and the reviews didn’t let us down. The service was wonderful and the touches like the basket of fresh Naan brought to the table made it extra special. My daughter is vegetarian so she was especially thrilled with all the choices. We will definitely be back! So good!

Kathleen Kennedy

When it comes to an Indian buffet nothing touches Aroma. The food is ALWAYS amazing. It can be a little pricey but in my opinion it’s worth every cent!!

Michael L

New ownership is great. Buffet is back. Redo of the building is wayyyy better. The manager was very attentive.

Tom N

You know how you know if an Indian restaurant actually cares about their restaurant? See their menu! Now the food menu is digitally attractive! And their food choices are standard to all Indian restaurants but they do seem to put their extra touch into these standard dishes. As in the goat curry isnt just some watery gravy but a rich mixture of spices, ginger garlic paste and various essential herbs. Now what they really shine on is the collection of Indian Fusion Cocktails with my favorite (thus far) being Paan-Tastic Royale. The essence of Paan in this drink just makes each sip so savoring and delectable. This is def one of my top ten Indian restaurants in the World and trust me I've been to way too many to name. They are perfect as they are but small improvements would be a better ambiance and maybe fusion or more exotic culinary dishes just to enhance the experience.

Nilesh Tailor

We had the buffet, the food was excellent, and had a nice variety of vegetarian options. The gentleman made sure that we knew which dishes were vegetarian. He was also the right amount of attentiveness. I would highly recommend it.

Carol Butler

I love coming here or ordering online because the food is so good and everyone here is so nice. A bit pricy but so worthwhile I always have leftovers. Server was so nice too!

Savv Schwank

The service is amazing. The restaurant is very clean. Great portion size. Nice quiet area to have conversations with loved one. The owners are wonderful.

Alaney Monte

I drove about a hour on my day off to eat at an Indian restaurant that was not in my area, the food was good the buffet was small however good, the desserts were good, I expected more vegetarian options for $21.00 however what they had there was good, the Manager was very nice and he told me that during the weekend there is a grand buffet with more options, that's good to know for next time.

It's now August 2024 and there has been a new owner for at least a year. They turned it around and kept the hostess we really liked. Would recommend again and have changed from 2 to 5 stars. OLD REVIEW: Out of the gate, I will say this place has been a go-to for my wife and I over the past year. We really like their hostess and this was my first introduction to Indian food. Even since the COVID stuff started in March, we routinely still ordered take-out at least twice per month. Unfortunately, our last two orders haven't been good. On the first of the two orders, there was about half the meat in the lamb korma as there usually is, it was like it was entirely cream sauce. We felt big time ripped off. Everyone has an off-day and so we gave them another chance. I mentioned the prior order to the hostess when calling in for takeout. I think she made things right because there was the expected amount of lamb this time. Unfortunately, the spice and taste of the sauce was totally off and I'd even say it tasted bad. The price isn't being justified by the recent quality. We went here frequently when restaurants were open and have ordered a decent amount during COVID, so we're pretty disappointed. Maybe one day in the far future we'll try them again to see if things have improved.

This restaurant has been totally redecorated inside in the past year with a new owner who is doing a great job. We have been customers for a few years and the previous owner had made some improvements but lost his chef who moved north. The new owner has invested heavily and has a great chef and a knowledgeable staff who are well trained and very eager to please you. The interior is very nicely decorated and fresh. They offer brunch type buffets on weekends and it is a good way to sample their different dishes. Our previous favorite for many years was Bawarchi in Palm Harbor, but Rick returned to India for family reasons. We never thought we would find equivalent or better Indian, but Aroma is the best ever.

Harry Straub

The staff went above and beyond to make my boyfriend’s birthday special. The food was so amazing!! Must try the chicken saag and the naans❤️The manager explained cultural flavors & the waitress was so kind. It’s a must try!

Raquel Reyes

We make sure to dine at Aroma each time we are in town. Highly recommend the Butter Chicken . Consistent delicious quality food.

Mindy Martel

Great place, very nice manager. We went during a storm so it wasn’t too full or busy but still overall a great place. Parking: Parking is in the back so you have to walk around to get in.

I want to start this review a little differently than some. If you have a specialty diet or aversion to some foods, I could not recommend this restaurant more! I have an aversion to peppers and really appreciate when menus are very detailed and list all the ingredients for each dish. That is what drew me to them through Uber Eats. I have ordered from them many times and have never been disappointed. So I was delighted when I finally got to eat in the restaurant that their dishes are scratch made, many items were either already gluten free or could be made that way, spice levels can be adjusted to diner comfort level, and there are tons of delicious vegetarian options! I am not celiac nor vegetarian but I have loved ones who are. This means I can confidently recommend this restaurant when planning to dine with them. Especially when the food tastes this good! We dined with friends the other night for my birthday and they were wonderful in explaining all of the dishes, spice levels, and answering all of our questions. I knew from ordering online that their Butter Chicken is my favorite in all of Pinellas County! I also love and prefer their Chicken Korma. Since I was dining in I did want to try a few different items I hadn’t had before. I’ve had the vegetarian samosas before, and they are excellent and travel well for delivery. This time we shared the paneer pakora and onion bhaji’s that were absolutely delicious. Definitely best fresh in house. They also served these wonderful chickpea crackers with dipping sauces and pickled onion that were delightful and nicely light. For entrees I got my favorite butter chicken because it is seriously the best. There aren’t many foods out there that are so good you crave it even more as you are eating it, but this is that dish!! Their saucier dishes are best to have left overs of because it slaps even more the next day! Knowing I was going to take most of it home I wanted to try one of their tandoori dishes and I’m so glad I did! I had the chicken malai kabab and it absolutely knocked my socks off! Seriously, it was so tender, juicy, and flavorful! I got the butter naan and onion kulcha to go with my dishes and they were so good, but I knew that from my delivery orders. They also scratch make their yogurt and it made an incredible mango lassi! I also had my first chai, and cannot wait for the temps outside to drop because it tasted like the holidays. They make it hot or iced, but I can’t wait to have another hot one. My dining companions shared their chicken korma and chicken tikka which were also so flavorful and the chicken was so tender! Our meal ended with the restaurant playing Stevie Wonder's birthday song and shareable desserts of the gulag jamun and rasmalai shared with the table and a couple little sweets just for me with a candle. They really made me feel like royalty for my special day. We will absolutely return to try the mid-day buffet they offer. If you are new to Indian food and don't know what you may like I highly recommend their buffet. It costs the same as a single entree, but you can try out more items on the menu. I also recommend this Indian restaurant for beginners because they have all the incredible flavor without the heat if you, like me, are a “child mild” level. Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating for gluten free, vegetarian, and their menu is very detailed for those with food aversions.

Jessi Griffin

It was very nice place. If you start a conversion they are pretty talkative. Their setup is so pretty, look at the plates. You can NOT miss the mango lassie and pistachio kulfi. YOU HAVE I MEAN HAVE TO COME!!!!!!!!! Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarians can come but there is a lot of non-vegetarian. Parking: There is not to much parking but the parking is right in front of the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: Very friendly to kids. My kids had so much fun.

Ashish Basran

I've been enjoying Indian food for 20+ years in California, Colorado, New Jersey & Florida. This places ingredients quality was eye opening - the best I’ve eaten! The chicken Korma is smooth and savory, I had to make myself stop eating it! And the tandoori chicken is perfection. The food was at my table in under 10 min, I was greeted right away and maintained polite service the whole time. I'm telling everyone about this place! Cant wait for leftovers, lol!

Ruby King

Only consistently good restaurant I've been to in largo, that I can get full from all the vegan appetizers lol They all are golden crispy and delicious some are even made with chickpea flour !!;onion bhaji ,vege pakora and papadam. I love experimenting by mixing some of the apps together, especially the vege pakora and lentil soup .I let the vege pakora marinate in the soup until it's soft and then I add the red onion chutney wow it's amazing!!! the gobi manchurian is also vegan!!!! Its fried cauliflower in a sweet spicy sauce. Our absolute Favorite vegan entrees are the vegetable curry madras with coconut milk or the baingan bharta (fire roasted eggplant)its soooooo much flavor and very filling

Lankaya Charlery

Food quality flavour and service were on fire! Love the vegan gluten free options & outdoor seating. You can order food spicy from level 1 to 5. I ordered level 4 & this was hotter than Tobasco Sauce. Next time I will order a level 3. The prices for lunch are a bit steep however I feel in this case it to be worth the value with the large portion sizes which were freshly made from scratch. The vibe feels very quiet. Wood love some live Indian Music or Indian songs to play while eating here. I highly recommend & will return. Thank you Aroma Indian Restaurant! :)

Harmony Harris

This is one of the best places for Indian food and to organize a small party. Today I organized my son’s birthday at their dining location, it’s absolutely worth. A very warm welcome by their stuffs, Mr Manoj is great at his hospitality skills and also his team member, a white young cute guy, very gracefully they were handling our orders & guest requests. Beautiful arrangements, clean, and the most important the food, absolute delicious, my non-Indian guests enjoyed to the fullest, I will definitely recommend this location for small parties and I will be back again . Thank You Aroma Indian cuisine team!!!

Mahasweta Mukherjee

Very delicious, had a bit of everything. Everything wasn't too spicy, more on the mild side which is good for me. They gave me some sort of desert that was orange, i'm not a sweet guy but dang it was delicious. Price is also very good, not expensive at all. Worth going for sure.

The Hungry Thaurus

This is my first time here at this restaurant. I always crave Indian cuisine when I'm traveling and this place blew my taste buds away. Butter chicken and naan is the combo to go, basic but it's a stable meal.

Trung Tran

My family and I went here for dinner, it was amazing!! Everything was delicious!! You can tell they make everything from scratch! So GOOD! Can't wait to go back for more!

Aimee Rusidoff

Easily my favorite Indian restaurant in the Largo area. My boyfriend and I get takeout from here regularly and the food is flavorful and excellent every time! My boyfriend is often disappointed when it comes to spice levels at most restaurants but that is not the case here. If you like your food spicy, Aroma will deliver! The staff are wonderful and friendly as well so it is always a pleasure to see them. Food is usually ready within 30 minutes, which I also appreciate.

Collenn M

If you'd like mild, you can order “child mild”… Katrina was wonderful and Manoj our server. The new owner has served some wonderful new offerings! Changed ambience was a wonderful surprise…. if you like Indian food, you would love Aroma!

Barbara Agarwal

Good Indian food. We tried chicken biryani, gobi Manchurian,Shahi fish masala and garlic naan- everything tasted great. Liked the ambience and service. Plenty of parking at the back.

Roy

Me and my wife decided to stop by and try out a new place. I had the goat Biryani she had the fish curry and an order of garlic nan. The food was delicious and packed full of flavor. I ordered extra spicy and it was spot on. The food did take a little long to come to the table but it was well worth the wait.

Tony Vongkultrup

My wife and I can't make it a week without stopping in here. You can smell the Aroma before you even pull into the parking lot. Every goat or lamb dish is incredible. Grab some garlic naan and a Haywards to go for it. Bellying up to the bar gives you a good opportunity to meet the staff who are extremely friendly and accommodating. We feel like family here. Pictured is the Kadai Lamb with garlic naan!

Logan Luke

Came here on Mother's Day for Brunch and was really impressed with the flavors of all the food. They gave my partner a rose for Mother's Day which was very kind and the staff is very attentive. The spice level of the food was tailored for an American palate and isn't what I would call spicy, but delicious nonetheless. I would recommend their buffet which starts at 11A and ends at 2P!

D Leonard

Just a special place! The Chicken Tikka Masalaa here was one of the best entrees I have had in some time. Our waiter was extremely attentive and an overall great guy. I am definitely coming back here in the future. They truly do things the right way!

Sam Schumaker

The food was good. The vibe and place was amazing. The staffs were very friendly. We called before but usually they have a lot of space and wait time was almost zero. It was a good dine experience.

Manoj Sapkota

Our absolute favorite Indian food restaurant! (Outside of India)! Great people and great atmosphere.Had the most amazing Lamb Rogan Josh. I ordered it as recommended by the chef - hot! Sooooo good. :)

Manuel Palachuk

Fried onions, amazing, not a big Indian food guy, by no means am I a food critic. I enjoyed all the food on the buffet. Restaurant was clean; No complaints, service was good. Cute inside, felt indeish. I would eat here again, but next time I want to order something off the menu.

Troy Talor

Food was awesome and the staff were great. My first time there but will definitely be going back.

Stephen Newell

Food was top notch. I ate so much that it hurt to walk, which is always a good sign for the first time trying a new place. Food was slammed with flavor. After the meal the owner was very nice and checked on us to make sure everything was great. Cheer for the beer!

Henry J

Amazing place very very good service and the biriyani was outstanding top tier I REALLY LIKED IT

Reka Giri

The food was phenomenal. Something for everyone! Vegetarians, vegans and everyone else. My family thoroughly enjoyed their Christmas dinner tonight at Aroma!

Sarah Page Wells

It is really awesome experience first time in Tampa. I loved Chilly bullet naan that outstanding, must try. You won’t regret. We ordered paneer butter n Veg Korma that so yummy n tasty. It is going to be our favorite restaurant than favorite cuisine. Lovely Ambience.

Kishore Patil

Had lamb chops, salmon grill, malai chicken, bullet naan, and chettinad chicken. Very tasty and great service. Good for large groups and families.

Sridhar Kothapalli

Wonderful lunch on a Saturday. Didn't find a thing to complain about. Honestly the only negative was that I wasn't told about the extra 10% charge for "Adjusted Food Cost", however since it appears that 10% was discounted off the price of the buffets, it evens out. The weekend lunch buffet was $22.99 which seemed a little steep for the selection, so this won't be an every Saturday stop, but it still goes on the list for places to get a good meal.

JF

This place is incredible! Exceeded all expectations and Manoj was an extraordinary host. The food was exceptional and we had over 40 people in the Banquet hall - which is new and absolutely stunning. The food, drinks and service is what makes this place beyond exceptional! I highly recommend the banquet hall for small to midsize group events.

Sunayana Mysore

My wife and I dined at Aroma Indian Cuisine & Bar this past weekend and we had an amazing dining experience. The staff are very pleasant and the food is amazingly very tasty and delicious also you can get the dishes mild or as hot as you want.

Paul Pavliscsak

Food was delicious authentic Indian. The Naan was fresh, goat Karahi was cooked perfectly, biryani was good but could have been steamed more for softness. The waiter was super nice and kind.

Gulshan

First time trying Indian cuisine and I was very impressed with aroma! It was so delicious and the staff was very friendly and helped me pick the right meal! Loved my experience here!

We liked almost all of the food that we ordered. Chicken Tandoori is must try. Baby corn Manchurian and paneer chili was great. Hospitality is awesome. This was our 4th visit and we always enjoy coming here.

Manish Kumar

Hands down one of the best dining experiences. The food was so good. More than the food was the service from the server who greeted us, discussed the menu, gave suggestions, to the manger and owner who each greeted us and were genuinely interested in our time there

Donald Figard

Good service, in food we like chicken chili hit curry and butter naan, Biryani and Mango Lassi was good too.

Beenish Fatima

Really wonderful experience! I usually only think to review places when I'm out of town, but the staff were all so friendly and helpful it really stood out to me. Great food and generous portions as well!

Amanda DeWitt

We ordered takeout from Aroma this weekend. My kids haven't tried Indian food before so I ordered some of the more popular dishes for us to try together. We ordered butter chicken, chicken Tikka, samosas and garlic Naan. My kids loved everything except the samosas because they thought they were spicy. They did have a little spice to it but were still good. We will definitely be back as our whole family really enjoyed Aroma.

Angela Manivong

Great food and service! My family and I love to go here every time we're in the Largo area. We love the food and the impeccable service. The family who owns it is very friendly and they bend over backwards to make sure you enjoy your food and have a good time here. I feel like I'm eating at their home with the level of hospitality we get. Aroma is a frequent recommendation of mine to friends traveling in the area. You definitely won't go wrong here.

Tim LeDonne

Recently had dinner here for the first time with a large group of friends. Staff was super attentive and friendly; food was amazing, flavorful & served hot and exactly as each had ordered. They (staff) continued to check in through the entire meal, bringing extra rice, water, plates etc- making sure everyone was pleased. I was very impressed and will definitely be back! I highly recommend this restaurant! Thanks Danny and your team for making our night and us feel special!!

Bill Killinger

Good food. Excellent service! Only problem was looking to try some of everything to know what to order next time and buffet said 11:00-2:30 weekdays but I came in at 1:55 on a Thursday and it was already closed. Nothing enough to lose a star for I'll just have to come earlier next time. Great naan!

This was a fantastic experience. We had a family reunion of sorts and they managed a lot of people and a lot of complex orders and guest arriving a different times. The food was delicious and not too oily or greasy. Manoj Nagi and Suma held it down! We will be back!

Gopal Swamy

We went on Sunday night for my boyfriend's birthday! It was great! We ordered butter chicken, chili naan, vindaloo chicken, chicken tikka skewer, and lamb Rogan Josh. Everything was delicious and we had great service! The owner gave us some doughnuts and a beer on the house for my boyfriend's birthday! We will be back thank you!

Olivia Leal

My husband and I went for lunch and it was so delicious! We were pleasantly surprised at how yummy everything was. The rice was perfectly cooked and we had three different breads that were each fantastic. The dishes had a pleasant amount of spicy heat. I look forward to eating here again!

Allison Rensberger

Wonderful place, delicious food and great service. The whole family loved the experience and we will definitely go back again

Cody Sulesky

Wonderful experience for a party of 7 adults and 3 kids! The staff took great care of our party of 8. The entrees are large portions and the garlic naan were perfect! This place will not disappoint you.

Ryan Persaud

Found this gem by default but believe my friend and I were supposed to be here. Greeted with a smile, a warm welcome, conversation with the owner, along with the gift of a beautiful red rose for Mother's Day - thank you. Sigh... Cuisine was excellent and full of flavor. Servers were very personable. A definite return.

Donnadasleban

Great service! The atmosphere is wonderful, and the food is wonderful! We are moving to Naples and have found our new Indian restaurant!

Mark Allan

Spent New Year in Indian Hills and found this gem of a place. Took the family there and everyone simply enjoyed all the items we ordered. Considering that we are pretty picky about our Indian restaurants this place will please the pickiest of pallets as long as you enjoy authentic Indian food.

Do try their lamb biryani! It's amazing and very delicious. The ambience was perfect and the music omg all 90s Bollywood melodies just perfect to chill out. Mr Manoj Nagi was an amazing and very friendly to us! Definitely will be visiting again while we are in Clearwater

This was the first time I've tried Indian food and I was blown away! The portions were massive, the rice was easily the best I've had in a long time. Try dipping the garlic naan into the paneer butter masala. You'll thank me later. I had the Burani(?) which was amazing! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with the menu, which was great because it was very intimidating not knowing what anything was. Absolutely recommend if you were looking for something different or quality Indian food.

This place is awesome! Their cheese and yogurt is made in house, and they have a tandoori oven where dishes are cooked. Best Indian cuisine I've had. Recommend to anyone!

Simply fantastic! Quick and delicious service. I had the Chicken Madras and it didn't disappoint. I've never ordered this dish before but the description sounded similar to many coconut milk based Thai dishes I love, and it didn't disappoint. I love the new plating with large bowls for gravy dishes. Not pictured is the garlic and chili bullet naan. Not pictured because they were gobbled up as soon as we took the first bite. Get yourself a Mango Lassi on the way out for a sweet treat on a hot day. I love this place. Vegetarian options: Aroma has an entire vegetable section of the menu. If you didn't know, Indians are experts at making veggies delicious and delivering them in a variety of ways. The way they use spices makes me look at veggies in a new light.

The food in the restaurant is excellent and they maintain hygiene..I personally felt like it is a home made food and the people there are so nice to customers and so cooperative. I would say one of the best Indian restaurants in Tampa.

Great dining experience. Went with a large group of 12 and the server expertly managed our orders per person/group. Food was fresh and came out at proper times for dining pacing. Spice levels were great and excellent taste. I will definitely be back when in the area.

Hands down my new favorite restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. This is a family owned restaurant and they really care for their patrons. The food was fresh and the garlic naan was to die for. We will be back!

What a great evening we had at Aroma, Danny and his staff were amazing. Coping with a large group after being ripped off by a shady ac tech was a feat in itself but they pulled it off and we all felt very welcome. Service and food were well above expectations and we will be back again soon.
